There are so many things I want to say, people I want to mention and include here , to thank again personally for humoring me in this mad rush to gather as many signatures as I possibly could before turning this Sketch pad with comments, mdrawings and signatures from the hundreds of us, students enrolled at RMC today, and those already graduated going back to Gene pictured in these pictures with his wife.
What I take away from this, so many clesses I spoke to, 1986,:1981, 1962, 1991, 1990, 1975, 1977, soooo many! everyone loved this udea of gifting the college through our signatures and comments, and the years we graduated, our love and apprection for our time spent at RandolphvMacon College in Ashland, Virginia.
I only heard praise and joy and love, nothingvatcall nehative, manyvsaid theyvwould return in a heartbeat, that theirbyears were wonderful and special! i loved the positive vibes and Ibapproached everyone sayingvInwas Anthony Quinn from the Class of 1976 here for our 50th class feunion and induction into the Boydton Society. people would immediately call all there classmates over saying they needed tonsign. Never any resistance, only surprise and happiness for this gift we all would be making.
There are still blank pages to be filled. I hopevthe President of RMC is thrilled and surprised, and I hope he and the schoolmcontinue in this tradition of documenting and appreciating the very human element of community on whichheverything is built, and whete always the most enduring and positive, nourishing connections will be.
Thanks forca wonderful time, neveryonevat the school made tjis possible, nall tjose that worked tiredlessly whose names will not be recorded or mentioned sadly as there is often little time tondonso. I thank youball, each and everyone of you. You exist and are i,portant and make it all possible.
I will post this now and come back and add more and correct my thping mistakes! cheers!
May we all continue to be enriched by having been at RMC and returning when we are able to keep the bonds alive!
May the arts always thrive at RMC!

It is a small large humongous tiny closed open happy painful , testing, trying, succeeding, growing, breeding, bleeding, blissful world, and at RMC this past weekend Friday, Saturday and Sunday, October 23-25, 2026 for the Classs of 1976, our 50th reunion and induction into the Boydton Society it was simply amazing! My gift was a book of signatures of everyone I met and spoke to during these two days, telling them this was our gift to the school, thanking them for the nourishing, mstrong, positive environment of teaching, learning, listening, compromising, working together for our greater good! I hope that today our new President of RMC Dr Michael E Hill receives this from me, but really from all of us, hundreds of signatures and comments gathered lovingly, humbly, gratefully as our gift !,
